Who We Are
Established in 2019, the Wildlight Community Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization working on initiatives that enrich the local community and uplift the Northeast Florida region. Our innovative arts, cultural & educational programs are designed to draw people together. Residents, neighbors, visitors, business owners and the like. We do this with an understanding of how shared experiences spark connection and belonging while bringing forth authentic beauty and a sense of vibrancy in day-to-day life.

How We Work
The Wildlight Community Foundation is designed to provide an evergreen source of funding and support for an expanding investment in art, culture & education.
- The Foundation is funded by transfer fees from resale of residential and commercial property and a Public Benefit Fee up to 1% of the sale on taxable goods in Wildlight up to the first $5,000
- The Foundation is governed by a board of trustees
- The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit bringing arts, cultural & educational programming to the broader community
